Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Larger furniture pieces may require additional handling time and will be delivered via our specialized furniture couriers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Mocka products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults to ensure your home remains beautiful and functional.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

Do you offer assembly services?
